Hello Nairalanders. I need your opinions on best cream to use to clear my back, arms and leg spots. They are so many and it is embarrassing as I can't wear sleeveless in public. Who has had it before and what did you use to clear it?

Better still, get a lotion without carbormer on its ingredients list and buy lactic acid and add to it to make your own amlactin
(1 tbspn to every 100g of lotion) Good luck
