I didn't get the mention.

I have also get my refund but the seller is currently using mural session to beg me.

I have given them a task, get Signapore Post to give details of where the phone is currently and maybe we can track and negotiate anything if the phone made it to Nigeria.

I feel for the seller sha, I only hope Signapore Post refund them for the loss or finally deliver my order so I can repay the seller for the phone.


In my case, they asked for 3days extention. After the 3 days, they asked for another 3 days. Pls is there a way I can stop their asking for 3 days? There's a place on the appeal to upload details or so but I don't know what details they mean or need

Escalade the dispute to AliEx.

I am suspecting the seller is trying to buy time so your 15 days dispute period grace would elapsed and the seller get paid.

They process my dispute very quick. They approved my full refund the next day. I was surprised.

Just be conscious of the 15 days dispute grace after your order has been completed on AliEx.

Morning guys...

Pls who really understands this dispute thing with AliExpress. I feel I'm not doing something right as in I feel I'm supposed to respond to something but I don't know how to. I was given an option of waiting for 3 days and I was supposed to accept but I have checked everywhere to find how to accept but can't find anything. I'm confused. I am also worried about the seller protection elapsing.

P.s: The reason for the dispute was tagged as valid n told to wait for the shipment for 3 extra days. It's about 5 days now n no other response from AliExpress. That's why I feel I was supposed to respond to sumtn.

When asked to wait, there's nothing to accept as it's an instruction.

You'll get response from them soon. Once a dispute has been opened, forget about the buyer's protection, except you cancelled the dispute.

I'm guessing the disputes r much cos of the various issues so maybe it's taking more time than normal. Was the issue with Singapore Post?

Stalling is normal and should be expected. I was stalled for about 3weeks last year November, I had to cancel the dispute and wait for 60days to elapse (the case was about wrong delivery address).

Buyer's protection period is a window for buyer to open dispute, once you've done that, you don't need it again.

It's possible for it to still be delivered. I just got an update of an item of a client this afternoon. The tracking had stopped since 02/03/20 (hand over to airline) but when I checked and refreshed again, it showed it has been at the client's PO since 07/03. So, it's possible.

Both parties' interest is important to AliExpress. Bear with them.

Aiight baws. Someone in the main thread even sed he got his parcel after it had not been updated for a while. Had to ask him if it was Singapore Post.

I'm wondering if I shud call someone at the post office n ask if the item is there. My only issue is that they usually ask what day the tracking sed delivery failure or the date the item arrived. Or worse, they wud ask me to go and track it on the nipost site n it's not gonna show there . If I tell them tracking stopped since January, they wud say the item isn't there

Also, how would I know the item has arrived? Cos the tracking isnt being updated. Or how sure am I that I wud be called?

You're making enquiry about a shipped order but masked the tracking number and left your address in the full glare of the world!

You can open dispute after 10days of shipment, not before. Go back and open your dispute, it'll open except your item just got shipped in <10 days ago.

By the way, is this a recent screenshot? Your address shouldn't be fully displayed but masked by AliExpress by default. This has been the case since Monday or so.

Don't. Just wait for the buyer's protection period to elapse. There's nothing like I ordered from a wrong store o. Again, just wait till the end of buyer's protection and open a dispute for refund only, item not received.

It's arrived in 9ja but your location will determine if you can pick it up within 24hrs or more. My verdict? Wait for their call or go next week.

Your phone is in Nigeria already... your case is just like mine..I ordered this same phone last month... it was just showing departed country of origin even after I collected it at the PO...
BTW....it used 18 days..when did you place your order?
