How I do mine is, I first sauté my chopped onion and peppers in little oil, on a low heat, until the onion is caramelized, then I pour in my mixture of eggs, chopped fresh tomatoes and salt to taste.
I allow the eggs to set, before gently lifting so the raw part can go below...I continue like that before mixing everything, before the tomatoes can release its juice, it's done already (I avoid turning at once because I don't want the juice from the fresh tomatoes to prevent the eggs from browning)
This is the method I use for eating bread.

I am a constant viewer of this thread. I view and enjoy seeing food pictures and I appreciate the posters in my mind for their ability to cook something soo appetizing. But seriously this is the first time I swallowed saliva out of cravings. Viewing and appreciating was not enough this time, I kept swallowing saliva involuntarily after seeing your egusi soup. Now, I must prepare egusi soup and eat.If not, I won't feel alright .

Preston do you really know who you are? Do you know your worth? How can you allow yourself to be moved by people, who you are in every ramifications better than and for them to make you feel this way? I remember when you used to say nice words to Mariangeles. It's just online banter and nothing else. He has made it crystal clear that he has a woman and shown pictures of his cooking for his woman. I don't understand the work up. Do some of you have meaningful employment at all? Why not gather the strength you use in trolling to look for something useful to do? Or volunteer somewhere and be useful to the society?
