so what have you done with the 80 billion dollars that you've already borrowed if not to peg up the ksh?

IMF does not do micromanagement, they are worried about you because all they see is a 5 billion export economy that keeps borrowing to service old debts and support the ksh without any real growth to help them repay those monies they've borrowed.
