According to an article I read on nairaland. Mike Adenuga, wakes up early and does not leave his office till 1 a.m. the next day.. And the man is close to 60 years old at least. I wonder how is blood pressure is .....

Indeed so mike Adenuga is working from p 5am to 1am everyday ? Or he's just attending meetings. Do you know if there is a bedroom in his office.
so if I tell you dt I'm in d office from 7am to 9pm everyday you will compare me to someone driving round Lagos from morning till night
Stop comparing other jobs to driving in Lagos
Driving in Lagos you must be balance
Emotionally, physically and mentally alert
Trying to avoid accidents by crazy drivers, lastma, riders dt want to scam you. Robbers dt want to steal ur phone inside traffic.

1am? cheesy

So the senior managers, heads of depts and team leads will work till 6am na. Abi dem go close by 5pm leave Adenuga for Odeku till 1am?

The "Rich dad, Poor dad" author made most of his money selling his books, than actually starting a business. Make Una try to dey look some lies well, before you believe am

Adenuga no fit work Mon-friday and close 12am set. It's absolutely impossible

I met some drivers 3 days ago where I parked to have a little rest. As we were gisting about the challenges we face on this job, one of them said he drove a girl from ikeja gra to lekki and fare was 5200. The girl's boyfriend (who made the request I think) did a failed transfer . To cut long story short it's over 3 weeks now and the man just kept posting him. I told him to give me proof, that I know people who can help him get it if they want to.
Below is his most recent conversation with the man as at March 5 when we met, I also called the driver few minutes for updates and he said the man doesn't pick his calls anymore.

Adenuga, has paid his dues? When he was working is ass off, you were busy running around in your diapers, A man that has paid his dues, can do whatever he likes, .. Some still wrk late, not because they have to ,but they are motivated by finding solutions to problems...

Young man, nothing is easy bro, this life is never fair and you have to get use to it .. And the unfortunate thing here is , if you guys were giving an opportunity, I don't feel confident enough that you guys will make the best out of it.

Most Nigerian just want to get rich, without putting in the work. If any Nigerian under 40yrs becomes president, they will more than likely become more corrupt than the ones before them.. The feeling of I have suffer enough, must chop my own etc ..

The corruption has eaten the fabric of the society that it is broken beyond repairs... A typical example is friend that I try to help. He mismanaged the business and today he is barely making it by .. His family member pleaded with me to help him and get a car for him .. I will never help me again, I did my best and now let God do his own best for him ..
Not that am mad at him , I just know that there is not enough confidence that this guy is ready to work .. Unfortunately this is the mind set of most Nigerians ,either young or old.. So sad ,but this is the reality that I have seen and experience.....

I handle this personally myself...using current price before the stop and that I will collect and adjust manually (if u understand).. cos as soon as swipe end trip...the price of current of N6500 can turn 2100 and u see GPS error..

Example ..I carried a passenger from agege to vi and waited for 1hr to take them back..as I was approaching agege price was at 11600 and when I got to the drop point current price was still 11600 and that what I showed the customer and he paid 12,000 and as soon as I collected the cash..I swiped end trip and useless bolt app calculated 3600 as cost using GPS error...I just clicked review price and quoted 11600 as the amount client paid and ended trip and the price was reviewed and confirmed..imagine I didn't do that and I just swiped end trip to get my price ...3600..some heartless people will just take the price and give you that amount ..even when they know something must be wrong ..

So to avoid all that..I deal with current price when I take u on long distance trip.

Those guys are using a fixed price on us. All our sweat and sufferness means nothing to them.. We drivers needs to send memo across to others not to swipe end trip anymore rather use CURRENT PRICE as the trip fare after which you can end the trip and do the shitty price review and put the amount you collected.. These guys are fraudulent. They've seen us finish and assume we cant do anything to them. Thats a typical nigerian and their deceit for you, bolt in other countries arent doing and manipulative this way. Uche wants to be raking in billions everyday with our blood. After the whole fraud, they'll still collect their commission... Lets be wise guys. No matter how long and how much time you spent on lagos mad traffic ,your trip fare cannot pass the extimated fare bolt showed der riders. (Fixed Price).. We're really finish in this job.me self am tired of price review .

Yes o brother...I use current price now..I had a bad experience and that has being my operation method o...long trip of over 10km...I use the current price, and if I swipe after the cash and the end cost correlate. No need for price review but most time it doesn't.

lol...too outrageous........let me break it down for you just incase:
You need at least 1.5million naira to get a toks Toyota Corolla 2005 if you are bringing it in yourself...
If you are buying it here...you need at least 1.7million naira....

comprehensive insurance..... around 65000 (axamansard)
Tracker.....25 to 30k....
Car registration......45 to 50k....
miscellaneous.....5k
Total......around 130k......for the first year...
For the second year....
renewal.......around 15k......
comprehensive insurance.....around 65k.....axamansard.....
Total around 80k....

Sum total......if you bring it in yourself....around 1.7million...
If not.....then around 2million....

See....he is not even making up to 50 percent annually for his investment.....and the truth is he will not get back his money at the stipulated time....

So please before some peeps start cursing out investors....you need to fantom the amount of risk they are taking in investing their capitals in this venture....

3million naira might be high but not outrageous...people make more than triple of that investing in less risky businesses....

The creditor, is he with the girl's number cos I'm sure he called her or she called him at one point in time before the pickup.

If d girl is dragged, the money WL come out.,its not ethical, but from d look of things, that's d fastest way to pressure d dude to pay his girlfriend's fare.
