Sorry about that. Thank God your money came through.

All the best in the next pursuit

Emmanuel360:
So I contacted the school and they told men they've refunded the money in the same January I applied for it and requested I visit my banking provider.

Lo and behold the useless bank have been sitting on my money for almost two months without informing me or crediting my account. Next thing they were say was that I should write a letter requesting for the fund and even have the gut to tell me that I would not receive all the money because interest will be charged on it.

After using my money for business

I'm sure they know what they are doing in that bank

Thank you ICaSNg though

Good day @ICaSNg,Same question am about asking pls response to this....Thanks in anticipating

If you read through my previous comments, I've addressed or answered this. You need to request for a new offer / deferment for a September start date , updated medicover if this is excluded from your tuition etc and email to the embassy.

Thank you very much. I appreciate the response.
One More thing, if you don't mind.
My response time was supposed to be this week, do you think I'll get a decision or I'll have to wait till people start applying for September?
Sorry for the many questions, God bless you.

You can write to FCPC and state your case. They can and will take it up. Interest ko, interest ni!

Louiscares, I sight you bro! How is life over yonder?
Re: GENERAL Irish (student)visa & Work Permit-New THREAD*** by Emmanuel360(m): 12:11pm On Mar 11, 2020
It doesn't make sense to me too because I paid interest when I paid the tuition, now I'm receiving back the same money and they're charging interest on it again. Its not right. Charging me twice on same amount

I should consider what you've said.

My account have still not been credited yet.

I have a friend that studied Geology for BSc.

He is now into real estate for the past three years.

Please can he do an MBA or Business related masters in Ireland?

Will it affect his chances of getting a visa since he is going for a program different from Geology?

Your responses are appreciated.

Ah Nigeria!

This is just sad, sorry about that.

I really wish the bank could be penalised for this. I think you should write a letter of complaint to CBN because in the history of banking I've never heard of money held getting deductions for interest, you should be the one paid interest for heaven's sake! Moreover, this wasn't communicated to you, please don't let it go. Atleast send out a letter to the head office or CBN, this is just criminal.

Everybody needs business study to complement their business or work. The onus is on him to convince the VO how the study is gonna impact him and he has been doing businesses practically and theoretically. My field was not also related to business as I did international relations but just looked for a way to relate it

The bridge he needs is his work experience. So far he can proof he's doing great in his business and proof the relevance of the course to his business and future aspirations, he's good to go.

The key determinant being Proofs. The documents he will provide are the proof. All now depends on genuity of these docs and how convincing these docs are to the visa officer.

Cheers

What he studied for his bsc doesn't matter at all..and it won't raise any flag. He can apply for business related courses that he wants... My friend in my class studied bsc in geophysics...and now we are in the Same class doing MSc in management....so it doesn't matter...I hope that helps..
