Hi mama. Did u do anything before the cramping started like hyperactive kpekusing? Or have u been stressed? Or dehydrated?

Cramping shoupd actually be monitored so you may need to see your doc.

Pls try and eat more, teamie. Take one tablet of B complex daily to trigger your appetite (it's supposed to be part of your routine drugs). Sorry dear, it's part of the package.
