After being in labour for 48 hours, and trying so hard to have a natural delivery, my baby refused to Dilate my cervix he was so comfortable in my womb lol. My beautiful boy came out yesterday at 11:00pm 8/03/20, yesterday via c section weighing a whooping 4.6kg. I’m so happy and blessed and my labour was truly a long and beautiful experience.

If you can tolerate pap and milk please take it. Agidi(eko) with steam veggies and dried fish, white rice with fresh tomatoes sliced on it or with veggies. Try bland foods cooked without salt and see if it stays down. Thick Milo and milk helps too. You can ask your doc for medication for the nausea if it will work for you.

Pls try and eat more, teamie. Take one tablet of B complex daily to trigger your appetite (it's supposed to be part of your routine drugs). Sorry dear, it's part of the package.

Mamas in the house una good afternoon,

There is something I want you people to help me clarify o..
Normally dettol is what I use at home but my hospital list it's Savlon(I have never used it before) they put on the list. So I just bought two savlon that I will take one to hospital and use one at home if my dettol finished.
This morning I decided to use the Savlon and when I pour it inside water it didn't bring that milkish abi na whitish color that dettol do give. It just mixed with the water.

Those that have use Savlon before is this normal?
Make una no vez o.. I can't afford to use fake something to wash my jajaina biko
