You cant compare both of them because they have their areas of specialisation.

In terms of TV rights broadcast and media publicity, you just have to give it to the premier league, I could remember in one season, a club that went to relegation in the premier league collected money, even for relegation and TV rights more than Sevilla, some Spanish clubs find it difficult to pay their players salaries and their staffs too are owed.

When I am playing ball and you owe me salary, how will I mark messi or ronaldo(before he left) very well. That is why it has been very easy for Barcelona to dominate them for all these years without any club giving them a run for their money. Because they have crippled all the other clubs monetarily, big clubs like Real Madrid and Barcelona only get the big players while the small teams just struggle and struggle to survive.

Also their is a very tough competition in the premier league unlike in LA liga. Last two seasons it was man city, beating everybody, today it is Liverpool that is in charge. That is what makes football to be sweet. If Barcelona is playing against Girona, I don't even need to watch the match, everybody knows who will win. That is very bad for a football competition. And that I s what is killing the game in LA liga. Their coaches, league management and country football management need to address that. I could remember a season where more or even almost all the players in Spanish national team were from Barcelona. Guys like Sergio Ramos had to fight. Because Barcelona is dominating them. When mourinho was coaching Madrid in 2012, what he tried to do(though he later failed and left) was to try and reduce the predation of barca, but he did won the league before he left sha.

Though I like the LA liga for their style of play and their ability if grooming young and home based talented players like cazorla, fabregas, david villa, xavi and iniesta(world class dope ass engines) and a host of super strikers like Fernando Torres, aguero, griezzmann etc. They can still do more. Kudos to athletico Madrid's coach, Diego simeone the guy too is giving barca a run for their money.

The game, speed and intensity in both leagues LA liga and premier league are both different from each other. You can't compare them. Also one thing you guys forget to mention and that is killing premier league players is "media hype", guys like Michael Owen s career was destroyed by the British media. That time he left for real Madrid and his career flopped. The British media like to overhype their players, imagine just an average player being compared to the likes of maradona, Pele, Rinaldo delima, just because he is having a good form, . having a good form I'd different from being consistent. Their is no season when Ronaldo and messi won't score 50 goals or more in all competitions all together. That is consistency. But if a British player comes today and scores a television goal, the British media will say " he is the next balloon d or winner". That is what is killing the premier league. And another thing is they waste money on average players. Before arsene Wenger left arsenal ( though I don't support some of his policies), he always complain about how big clubs like real Madrid and man city are spending too much to buy players. Like Paul pogba that man utd spent 89 million to buy, I am not saying he is not good oo, he is a world class player but that money is too much!!!!

Those are some of the things affecting those leagues. Both of them have their advantages and disadvantages. And you guys too know them!!! But for me in terms of competitions and entertainment. I will still pick the premier league because how will two clubs want to play(like barca and Mallorca) and everybody will be saying barca is the winner even before they play the Match? But in premier league, Leicester city can come form relegation and carry the league, like they did in 2015, that is an element of surprise that is very crucial in football. Nobody knows what will happen. Anything can happen, win, Loose or draw only thing that can happen.
