Lagos Police Command has arrested a 29 year old woman, Mrs Esther Akpan for stealing and eating pupil’s food at school.

It was reported that Mrs Esther Akpan who is a teacher at God’s Grace and Mercy Private school has been in the habit of stealing and eating the pupil’s meal for some time now leaving them starve.

Nemesis caught up with her after several reports from the parents of the kids to the Proprietor who teamed up with few others in making sure the culprit is caught red-handed. She was however caught on camera while eating the kids meal, as if that was not enough, she also came with 2 different plates with which she had turned their foods in.

The suspect confessed to the crime “ i take most of the food and snacks of the kids home while it eat some in the school.

I promise not to repeat such anymore, it’s the devil’s handiwork.

Speaking on the report, the Proprietor of the school, Mr Patrick Osakwe says” i’ve never owed any of my workers their salaries, infact on every monday, i give each teachers 1,000 naira which is not part of their salaries.

I pay them well and most of them goes home with the school bus, i see no reason why she should have indulged herself in such mess.

I don't blame her, most private school teachers are not well paid. Some are even paid below minimum wage

In her defense, she was only tasting from the food of her various students to ensure that they were okay for consumption

Though this is not a new jist,even as kids our teachers those days will ask us to open our food flask and she will playfully take 1 spoons each from our food and tell us playfully sewa you are enjoying o.oya you too bring your cooler let me taste your meat.thats how she will do for us but we didn't know she was actually taking advantage of us because she was playful and subtle ABOUT it and not as brazen as the one who will bring plate so we didn't even care telling our parents because she will say it's people that you love that you eat their food so we will happily open our flask for her to prove we also loved aunty morayo
