Morning my people. I'm really pissed someone here PC me to give out my car for 20k rental which I did. In less than 3weeks my car is a mess. I had to tell my mechanic not to release the keys to him...i have been driving for over a year no major issues I gave someone my car for 3weeks.

My car shaft is gone, linkage stabilizer, gone. The oil is almost dried up, side mirror is hanging by a tread, front bumber is like a mess.

I wont mention the person, but my advice to those that want to give out their cars should do a mental test on the driver.

Fuucck!!!
Mention name please, such a person deserved to be shamed

She did fake transfer to me since Sunday. 3 days ago. Her guy still promised to transfer the cash. Now non of them pick my calls. Even her friend. Help me disturb her, her guy and her friend. Thanks guys.
Her number is switched off, I want to reach her first before calling her guy.
But wait how will let a rider go when you haven't gotten alert?
If at all u must accept transfer endeavor to see alert before allowing the riders step out of your car.

You just did the same thing someone in dire need would do just to get attention span.
How are we sure you won't do worse with the car?
Who knows how many partners you have drove their car?
The feedback folks (partners /driver partners /car owners /recommendations/network )on this thread had is so depressing

Sorry for what happen to your car .....now

1. Why would you give out a car for 20k naira rental? Was their something wrong with the car before given it out?

2. How well did you know the driver before given it out ? Was he recommended by family, friend etc

3. Did you keep up with inspection of the car? Because for me I do inspection every two weeks .. If I see that the driver is good and the spirit leads me, I than do it every three weeks to once a month..

3. What are your maintenance agreement with the driver

Like I said before and before, no matter how low the rentals are ,drivers will still mess up.. It is better to put your car into a shape that reflects weekly rental...

If your rental is 20knaira weekly rental, it's either the car is not in top shape or you thought that you might get a good driver because of your low rental.. ..

My cars conditions reflects what the weekly rental should be and what the current rental market is. I feel for you my brother, just have to be becareful,

Do u know how many calls I get daily to weekly from drivers looking for car . I mostly turn them down and take my time . I have a tokunbo car sitting down for 6months, and am taking my time before I get a driver. I dont rush myself at all. If I come across a good driver and I feel comfortable enough I than get the car ready for uber..

Conclusion: Transport business is a tough business.. Put your emotions aside when doing this business.. Put your car in order before giving out your car . Fact check your drivers at the same . If you cant be hands on with these business, unfortunately you are setting yourself up to fail.

And make sure you set up time to inspect your cars. It could be weekly monthly etc. But every two weeks will be the best option ...And expose any bad drivers out there , you said you didnt want to expose the driver, my guy its either you tough up or you find another business to do ..
The driver you hired destroyed your car in two weeks . And you dont want to expose him or her .. My brother it is well sha ..... It is well

So imagine I now put my tokunbo civics on 20k naira rental, the car will not last three days, the driver will drive the car as if he is delivering 50k .. Smh

My people, please I need your help.
It is now a month when I rendered services to this guy with and his friend from mushing to egbeda and the trip ended 3k2. I didn't know it was a fake transfer he did cos no alert for all transfers that day. When I checked my account statement, I discovered it was only his own that wasn't entered. I tried putting calls across but it always gives me buzz response. I sent him message that I'm giving him a long rope to credit my account and if he fails, he will pay for it. Now I can't even connect with the number again.
Please help me do justice to him as usual, injury to one is injury to all. Thank you
