Lies python library was written in C compiler that you use today are written in C, hardware program are written in C, C can do everything python can do because it can access memory directly, C games would run far fasted than python games, the graphics APIs (OpenGL, Vulcan every single one of them) written in C. In Linus Torvalds voice (one of the greatest computer scientists in the world) "Nothing is better than C".
Alright I give up grin
Both languages have their pro and cons it's up to programmers to know which language to learn for their field.
C for OS dev and building games and system softwares as u rightly said
And Python for data science and artificial intelligence and also for back end web programming.

True python has an active group of developers, C is everybody's property we have to always wait for GNU products or produce our own unfortunately.

Nope not really I prefer to see my self as a back end developer. Python is simply my scripting language of choice for back end.
But I have a special affinity for python because it was the first language I learnt and it's applicable in almost any field.

I'm still a beginner so I use plain old Python and pip as a package manager.
But hope to learn a framework like Django.

Computer science is not about programming. It is even more of mathematics google the fathers of computers – Alan Turing who formulated the Turing machine and the Universal Turing Machine model, John Von Neumann who designed the current model used in computers nowadays and greatest of all Charles Babbage who was the first to plan and model a kind of programmable computer which widely influenced John Von Neumann, Alan Turing and many other computer scientists work and what relates them all is mathematics. The standard of computer science now is washed, those languages you mentioned are obsolete though still used by scientists like I've heard a language like C and C++ should be taught in schools not Java and python that are weak and not even half as powerful as C or C++. But to answer your question it isn't useless just push those languages aside though Paschal is still good, learn C and C++. These programming languages give you power over your computer.

Because the point of concern was LEARNING

Of course python is weak and slow compared to C. Ask any person who knows computers well. Its libraries are even made with another language. C is not owned by anybody that's why it doesn't have much libraries beside ANSI has to make a library a standard before it becomes part of the C library.

Do you also have a phobia for frontend development like I do? Lol.

I love JavaScript but I can't deal with the HTML and CSS. I'm not a girl. It's girly to sit and design the interface and colours. You know all those UI/UX stuff and all. I prefer the hardcore logic and codes. You know, working under the hood. It is the reason I half-arsed CSS. Lol.

You are some how wrong. Python and co are not weak languages, they are higher level languages and C++ is a lower level language.

It depends on what you want to do, if you want to make an applicarion for a weak system like watches or so, you can learn C++ because with C++ you go to a very low level, you need the app to be highly optimized, why? there is little power availble from the device. On the other hand, if the app will run on the computer and does not requre much power, ie a bit torrent client, you should use higher level languages like Python, even there is a way to make desktop apps uisng Javascript, because, they are will suited and optimaztion is really important, since the app is not resource hungry, ie it can run on even older computers. Speed of development is usually more important than power. If you are building a big software program like AAA title video games, Phptoshop, After Effcts etc, you use C++, because of optimiztion, optimization makes it posible to run your app on as many computers as possible, thereby making your app accessible to many more potential buyers.
If one wants to learn computer programming, he or she should avoid C++, and go insted for higher level languages, like Python, PHP, Javascript, learn the fundamentals of programming, ie the person can use Javascript to make even a simple todo list app, then he or she can move over to C++, apart from syntax, they are almost all the same thing, ie While loops, for loops, condtitionals, variables, arrays etc.

No, the truth is that people (I mean real hardcore programmers will even go for C, C++ or Assembly) because of speed, processors are not getting any cheaper but they are getting faster, RAM is not getting any cheaper but the speed of most RAMs are increasing and their space getting larger too but at a much slower rate. It is not necessarily about power it is about speed, Operating Systems need more speed hardware drivers need more speed too and these three languages I mentioned are needed in that case, python Java and the rest of these so called high level languages are too slow because the interpreter runs the code not the computer which means you are running a process inside a process (process is an OS stuff) the only good thing about python and Java is their flexibility (Compile once run everywhere is not possible, if you are into OS theory you will understand why) and they are also owned by a particular party. C does not have an owner neither does C++ (Assembly is like machine code therefore it can be considered as proprietary) these languages rely on organisations like ANSI and ISO to set standards for the language (and also partly on the author of the language) the rest of the job is left in the palms of the individual programmer (this is good because it makes you a stronger and better programmer). A mid level language(c and c++ are mid level Assembly is low level) is stronger than a high level language because they can handle almost everything on the computer.

When I said speed, I meant speed of development. If an app can be made production ready with PHP, why use C++, that will take for ever, except the app will run only on low power devices, i.e. watches, (not smart watches) thermostats, or all these little devices that offer very little computing power, or a big AAA title games, you should read and Try to comprehend. All these jargons you are throwing doesn't make you a programmer. BTW, why would you make a program in Assembly in this age? Lol! Not even IBM does that. FYI, IBM uses PHP to maintain the files in their severs, I am beginning to wonder if you know what you are talking about?

What I am saying is this, is he asking people to go and program using machine language so that they can call themselves real programmers? I mean WTF is he talking all about? This guy will want you use C++ to make web page responsive, irrespective of th a fat that CSS that is used to do it isn't even a programming language. LOl!

I have finally realised that you are just one of these new programmers. I am sure you don't even understand things like OS development, compiler construction, hardware programming and speed critical software don't mention me again if you aren't asking for an explanation. Since you are so uncultured to ask what is the need of Assembly imagine if Intel Changes all their opcodes what do you think your precious PHP, Python and Java owners would do? go and ask Linus Torvalds or Ken Thompson why you would need Assembly. In fact ask yourself why Intel always releases a software manual for their Assembly code (latest one was in 2016 or 2017). There are some flaws in what I said at first true, Assembly, C and C++ must be learnt by computer science students and those who want to write applications that are fast and most especially Operating Systems, but you didn't have to call it jargon. Its a fact C and C++ can do what every single language can do (except Javascript and VBscript) this is something you can't deny this is why they are called general purpose programming languages.

Laughable! So If I want to make a simple calculator app on Android, I need to learn Assembly, LOL! Once again, the language you should use depends on the nature of the app, and what hardware the app will run on. Programming is not syntax, syntaxes differ but programming remains one. Learn one language, then you can easily learn others, even the mighty C++, they all use the same principles.
