Nero2424:Driver is key. Majority of people who own cars don't have a good driver selection process. It has never been, and would never be about getting a guarantor for drivers. Just like in all facets of life, some drivers are more serious than others. The key to being successful is selecting the right drivers. That's not an open secret, thereby making a lot of investors fail. |

InfinityEstates: That I can't guarantee. But then a better option for folks who want to use it as and when due is to laminate it and serve the rider as soon as the step into the vehicle . Prevention is better than cure, I believe this will go along way in curbing thefts, mistrust and abuse of e-hailing services. |

donfortune48: A very good idea. Does any body know how to get a POS one can be carrying about for payment transactions. This transfer thing is getting out of hand. There is no driver here that has not falling victim. With Bolts lackadaisical attitude towards the whole thing. They keep passing the blame to drivers. And yet they want drivers to act professionally. 3 Likes |

izzou: Yes I have paid with transfer at fuel stations and chicken republic. Transfer is not an acceptable payment means yes, but when a rider wants to pay by that means, don’t make a fuss. Move on! |

chinyce: Contact your financial service provider. Basically it would require a current account, specific turn over and location factor. Current account? Easy Location? Lagos? Perfect Turnover? Do you make up to N5m > a month? You should also take note of its CONS. For someone who hustles in the NIGHT, you might end up being used as a picker for kidnappers and robbers. 1 Like |

dru23: i like your analysis, we are in deep shit, dangote lost almost 250 billion, if dangote is losing, nigeria is losing, we will soon be in a recession, so people need to prepare, i think a dollar will be 400-500 naira soon. Russia and saudi arabia are playing a great price war, i believe russia will win, russia supplies 70% of europe gas needs, they have leverage and can earn more revenue from gas while they play games on opec with oil, you know Russia isn't a member of opec, they can do as they like, that is why saudi arabia wants a deal with them to reduce production. The saudis will soon come begging. This corona virus is destroying weak economy like Nigeria, the demand of oil has fallen due to the virus, the economy is interdependent of each other to function, this basically can affect transport business, oil price has fallen, less revenue for Nigeria, government and private companies might start owning salaries, the less money consumers have in their hands, the less they order uber and taxify. 1 Like |

Romeo3: I don't think cos he conversed wt d clients DTS y d rating is low. A lot of riders don't really know how to use the bolt app. So wen it com's to rating you, some genuinely intend to give you 5 star, but you know dy start ticking from d 1st star, ( the app wants you to do the rating quickly) the prompt goes off n maybe d rider has only imputed 3 stars. Imagine a case of 10 riders like that. Riders don't HV d kind of orientation drivers had wt d app wt d so called " training " DTS wat I concluded after picking a couple of newbie riders 2 Likes |

Ogataxi:To drivers complaining about fake transfers why don't you just change from receiving alert on your phone number to your email account with your bank since you almost always have data, plus no services would be charged since it's through your email You probably can't receive a fake alert there 3 Likes |

A305: oil prices have drop, the drop in oil price will affect every sphere of the Nigerian economy, government will not be able to meet her revenue target, some private companies might go out of business and staffs will be layed off, if government does not meet revenue or its obligations, they wont be able to pay salaries, less money on people hands meaning less people using uber and taxify. when thinking about the economy, know that every sphere of the economy is interdependent on each other, if one sector collapses, if will affect other sectors for russia and saudi, both are protecting their economy, demand for oil has fallen due to corona, saudi wants russia to cut production, russia who is not a member of opec is saying NO, the saudis have decided to over flood the market with oil therefore leading to a fall in price of oil, russia has leverage because they can do what they want to protect their economy, the more russia and saudi produces, the more oil prices go down, saudi arabia will have to come with a better deal for russia, also russia supplies europe with 70% of their gas needs,so they have leverage and can decide to play the game the way they like, so expect this price war to go on for long till saudi offer a better deal to russia. |

Me: are you surprised Rider: yes na, how will somebody not have an account how do you do bi... Me: cutting in, how would you too not have cash? Dis uber or bolt told you to pay me via transfer. Oga/madam I said i dont have a bank account na by force? Abeg pay me my money make I comot jor u dey waste my time. Best way to deal with riders that feel BT is the only option they've to pay.
