Secondly those that attended university what do we fill under the column of University as we dont have any certificate number??

BSc cert no?? Mine has no number.. Kind of confused, what do I put there?

WAEC Cert no: is it the 8 digit number? Should we also add "NGWASSCS" to it?

u have to write both the alphabet and number for the waec cert no


then for ur degree certificate that does not have number like mine....just write the short form of ur school name/ ur reg no....u can't come n kill ur self... beside all this one na unnecessary formalities...civil defence can't verify every one credentials..when they can't even create a stable site.. who dash then that liver
