That's not true. International students studying a bachelors or masters programme, can only work for 40 hrs in 2 weeks. I am a masters student here. However, our dependent is allowed unlimited hrs of work
Re: Cost Of Living In Australia: 5 Things You Must Know As An International Student by Ogalanyaidi(m): 1:13am On Mar 14, 2020
N.B
International students are only entitled to 40hrs a week of work. With exception of masters by research, phd students and spouse(dependent's) of masters students

Word. I wish every Nigerian can understand this. They are waiting for "oluwa" to pick their call but sadly most of these calls go unpicked because they don't know how to create the life of their dreams

It depends on your financial capacity and your visa type.

If you're on a student visa, go first, prepare yourself and invite your family over.

Nice write up. A few things are wrong. I’ll mention a few I noticed.
1 - you can drive in all parts of Australia with a valid Nigerian driver’s licence as a student. If you become a permanent resident, you need to convert your licence to Australian drivers licence after 3 months. I live in Sydney and I know people on student visa still driving with Nigerian drivers licence for over 5years now.
2- there are heaps of masters degree programmes you can do with just 5k AUD and not from 20k AUD as you have stated. There are lots of cheap schools which offer those courses here.
3- as a student, undergrad or masters, as long as you are an international full time student the 40 hours per fortnight or 20 hours work per week is applicable to all students. On holidays or when school is not in session you can work unlimited hours though.
Feel free to request for more information.
Nice write up again.

And no they are not. There a few douchebags everywhere in the world but Australia is a largely mixed country and not considered as a racist country compared to USA, Germany, etc
