Give Liverpool the league.
No relegation, the teams for next season will comprise of 25 or 26 teams(depending).
Scrap Carling cup for only next season, and relegation from next season will be 5-6 teams affected, in order to bring it down to 20.
The current teams in the champions league and Europa spots will qualify for the next season edition.

To me, I think that's really fair.

I have not had the time to type since. We won 5-0. After we scored two nil our players were playing nonsense. Passes were no longer linking, lots of possession loss, lack of attention to details. But only one player exercised lots of intelligence throughout 90 minutes, and that is Ighalo.

Yes, we were two nil up in an away fixture but it wasn't a license to become wayward in our play. Nothing in the world would have made me believe that player like Odion Ighalo would demonstrate the most football intelligence in a team like Manchester United. His intelligence in that number 9 is something you would expect from a very high profile striker like Harry Kane. He kept giving whoever was with the ball options to play/pass with his movements. Many instances he invited a through pass with his run over the shoulder of the last defender. While on the ball he made the right decisions. Off the ball he had very intelligent runs. At the end he had 15/15 pass accuracy-100%.

He has this ability too to play with his back to the goal and bring others into play. Look at that control of the long ball from DDG against City. Even under the pressure from the marker, he took the ball down with one touch and played with Fred.

My prayer is that he takes this form, awareness and intelligence to the EPL games

No relegation and the league will still comprise of 26 teams.? How many matches do u think will be played in the league next season? And at the end of next season, you'll relegate 6 teams? What will you do about the teams that will be promoted from the championship? Every season, 3 teams are relegated, making the teams in the EPL 17 and 3 teams are promoted to make it 20 teams.

I'd say move the Euros forward a yr.
Play out the remaining games even if it means jamming it up like December fixtures (3 games in 7 days)
Finish the league fair, that way, nobody will feel cheated.
It might probably mean no preseason or little time off for the players but they are professionals. They can handle it.

Well, I actually meant 22-23 teams(my bad for the 25-26 teams mixup) then 5-6 teams relegated. That brings it back to 20 teams in the next season(including the newly promoted teams from championship).
Also, adjourning the Euros to 2021 isn't in EPL hands, so I'm just saying with respect to the Euros if it'll still hold in June/July.

this will be really difficult to manage. it appear simple on paper but in real time, not so much.
the EPL cannot host more than the 20 team format for next season and the league cannot be concluded on current standings for obvious reasons (let's assume that is possible);
1. if you hand Liverpool the league as it is, you must balance that out by relegating teams as it is.
2. if you can't relegate teams on current standings because you think about 6 teams still have a chance to play for the retention of their EPL status, then you must balance that out in the qualifications for UCL and Europa because there's 27-30 points still up for grabs... same situation applies there.
3. there's 25 points between Liverpool and City, if you can't award the title to Liverpool because they are not mathematically uncatchable then there's also 22 points between City and Southampton in 14th place... who's to say Southampton can't finish in European spots?

He is technically limited compared to our first choice midfielders. That is why i said he is at best a squad player for any team with serious ambition. He can only be forming chairman for a struggling or mid-level team.
I can't recall a Spanish midfielder who was as pedestrian on the ball as the guy, but his work rate and attitude on the pitch was great.
