No shma...that is why I compared it with first world cities in the world...cities are influenced by the residents culture, style,taste , history and trend...wonder no more why a US city looks completely different from a arabian city or an Asian city...And even in Asia you can easily tell the difference between a Chinese city and a Japanese city or even indian city even though they are most world (with a slight exception of Indian cities)...city development and planning revolves around preference, and the afforementioned things I mentioned earlier...
