Hello guys,
I must say you're doing greatly in informing people especially with the express entry process.

Ielts: april 2020

With current cut off of 471, i cant make it even with maximum ielts score.

Good Morning Gurus in the house!

Make una no vex abeg...please can someone help with this info.

My wife just got her IELTS result (March 7, 2020) and needs to update her EE profile. She doesn’t seem to know/ find the correct IELTS test certificate number. Her profile on britishcouncil.org has a reference number (11 or 13 so number) but it’s not the same format as the one in her previous result form/ certificate (18 entries I think).

Is there a way around this as she needs to update her profile ?

Not sure if British Council can provide us with the number before the test report form arrives, since it’s a computer-based test.

Thanks!

Where did she write her exam?

Hi guys!

I submitted my e-APR in February, however, last Friday, I liquidated my mutual funds which I used as proof of funds, and then moved the funds to my Dom account.

Do you think I need to raise a cse to inform CIC of the change in POF account?

1. When you sent the parcel, did you use your details as the sender or you asked your institution about sender's details? If your name was used as the sender, it will be rejected.
2. Track the parcel online to see if it's been delivered. If yes, check the date it got delivered. If it was delivered less than 5 working days ago, don't disturb yourself. Your account will be updated. Forget that 24-48hrs WES wrote on their website. All the documents I sent to WES were updated in my profile after at least 5 working days.
3. Lastly, check your tracking number in your profile. If you see "... We have received your document, allow 24-48hr for your document to be linked to your profile...", then, don't disturb yourself, in a few more days, it'll be updated.

All the best!

Hi all
Is letter of introduction /reference for previous job which is above 10 years required?
If yes how can one a letter of introduction for such a company?(The company is no more on existence)

How old can a reference letter from current employer be as they can't be writing every time? Can it be 1 or 2 or 3 months old?

Is it mandatory for salary figure to be mentioned in the reference letter?

If yes how can one a letter of introduction for such a company?(The company is no more on existence) [You need letters ONLY if you are claiming work experience with the company. If not, stating it in your personal history is sufficient if within the stated timeframe]

How old can a reference letter from current employer be as they can't be writing every time? Can it be 1 or 2 or 3 months old? [1 - 3 months is reasonable]

Is it mandatory for salary figure to be mentioned in the reference letter? [Yes. An important requirement]

Good evening peeps,

In our e-APR, there is no placeholder to attach our LOE as an additional document. How can we rectify this before final submission and payment?

Thank you

What if the letter is been issued by direct supervisor /manager who is not willing to state amount (that it's HR to state that) but is willing to mention in the letter that salary is mentioned in employment letter which shall be attached. Will such suffice?

I would recommend to strictly follow the format specified for work reference letters. However, where all fails, merge both documents and include a letter of explanation to clarify the format.
