Masturbation makes you more fertile as it flushes dead sperm cells and you have more fresh fertile sperm cells and increased testetorone levels. Tho u might experience low volume if you do it excessively, like more than twice a week.

If U overcome masturbation, its a big step to recovery from E.D. then u need to rebuild ur self esteem. Stick to a single partner that ur mind is with. Someone u can lose yourself with and not be under pressure. Someone that can help u rebuild your confidence.

No scientific proof so far to that effect. In fact it is medically encouraged as preventive measure against prostate cancer. Moderation is key though and ensure you replenish with protein based diet

But have stopped since am married just stop if you having a side effect , what works for A may not work For B . Oh well. The obvious side effect is loss of interest in the opposite sex. Women won't mean anything to you again. Moreover, the semen comes along with premature( watery) ones as you're forcing it out. If eventually you choose to meet a lady, your manhood would be insensitive inside her and this may cause injury to her as you tend to stay much longer. I'd advise people indulging in it to stop cos in the later years, weak erection is inevitable

Masturbation is not good and difficult to stop once you are adducted to it. It can mess you up mentality and can reduce your sperm count.

I indulged in that act for more than 19 years but just stopped this year.
It is also a sin against God. God warned me personally against that.
