You do not have to go to the contact pages, but you still have to use search tools (google, bing, YP, Expertise, etc.) to pick up domain names of relevant companies.
Once you have all the domain names, you input them in hunter extraction tool. It will give you their email addresses if they are corporate. I think it can be done in bulk if you're on premium...

Work on your sales letter... Scrutinize it.
And make sure your mails aren't landing in spam. The more mails you send for a domain, the more your chances of getting a response. The more response you get, the more your chances of getting an interested prospect. The more interested prospects you get, the more you're likely to sell the domain.

I have this domain name that I registered recently. Looking at my niche properly, I am wondering whether building a website on it without traffic would make better choice.

Here is another thing, the niche is HOT for the selected keyword that DEFINES them. My google search, by the time I was done counting on page 13 of the google result, I had 69 real and solid end users offering the service with majority of them. This is the highest number I have ever seen for a GEO domain name.

So, what brought me here is, I am wondering whether to sell it as a website within a few days or I should sell it as domain name. I have it priced at $2500 already on afternic. Though not a guarantee it would sell for that price but looking at the end users and number of them offering this service the chances are high.

If a website would suffice, then we may be looking $5000. It is all theory as nobody can say for sure.

What is your thought?

Well, when I leave everything to the automation (bulk selection of emails), I didn't see much results. Plus, it was difficult detecting urls that didn't have emails in the returned result.

But when I started handling the whole thing manually, I had more results. More inquiries, and more sales.

WHY am I saying this? I know a lot of us do outbound. And, believe me, outbounding is another job on its own. To simplify the process, hunter can help out

Hunter makes things easy. If there are executives, I choose executives (all of them) plus support. And if the emails are not categorized, I simply the top 5 or more with the top trust score

I started with a custom email but now using my Gmail as I get more deliverable rate using Gmail. If you're looking for a custom mail for Hunter, just type "temp email" on Google and start visiting the URL you see. I believe you'll be able to see one or two that Hunter will accept
