As per pictures posted, all the buildings are old. Kaduna was the capital of NNigeria. And like Enugu and Ibadan, have been much more developed than other cities

The South is already miles ahead developmentally, if being developed means posting pretty pictures of nice public infrastructure, I could spend all week showing off the nice places I have seen in Port Harcourt, Enugu, Lagos, Awka, even Ibadan etc.
