The Fed blasted its monetary bazooka for sure,” said Peter Boockvar, chief investment officer at Bleakley Advisory Group. “This better work because I don’t know what they have left and no amount of money raining from the sky will cure this virus. Only time and medicine will.”

The Fed cut interest rates down to basically zero, their lowest level since 2015. The U.S. central bank also launched a massive $700 billion quantitative easing program. President Donald Trump said he was “very happy” with the announcement, adding: “I think that people in the markets should be very thrilled.”

Every issues will subside afterwards including the coronavirus.

Later liquidity highness go start unknown that inflation is what they finally generated. Slowly slowly, it creeps in and everyone will be spending as fast as they can. Free money!

That one na the major bubble. Because as inflation rises, they will need to increase interest rates to curb it later. The masses holding the free money gets crushed.

Dow never even make high sef. grin

Devaluation news will not go because other countries are cutting rates and pumping liquidity.
The major determinant for devaluation is oil price, if price recovers quickly we will be good but we will be stuck if price stays low for a long period.

Brent needs to break 27 first before its journey to 80 starts.

My concern is how low oil price will affect Nigeria and not if price will go up or down.
I have my eyes on our reserves, if reserves keep going down then devaluation is inevitable.

Between today and tomorrow, UBA may fall by a margin more than 80k, the dividend they would pay. Do the Maths.

Buy back at full offer price of 4.85.

Price will open at 5.35 and possibly people will take off depressing it to 4.85. This is a possibility.

There is also the possibility that it could stay at 5.35 before....... grin grin grin

I doubt if you can even see below N5 .....anything is possible anyway.
My mind is telling me that people should look well in Zenith, monitor the price movement if you jumped in already and you're for short term, the suppliers might not yet be done..........pls note that I may be wrong.
