You heard the lady making the video say the gas was coming from the tanker. I just hope the person was able to survive the explosion because being in close proximity to the gas like that, one cannot fathom the impact at the point there was an ignition. If the shockwave of the blast can be felt as far back as Okota, kai!

It is flammable but surely not as flammable as natural gas, or else everything around that area including all the destroyed buildings would be in flames, all toasted.
