Atalanta BC, PSG, RB Leipzig and Atletico Madrid had qualify.
I'll list them accordingly to their chance of qualifications
...
Bayern Munich qualified the moment Chelsea was drawn as their opponents. Now they won 3 to nil against Chelsea (3 away goals)

Manchester City still keeps their feet on the UCL and should take out Madrid with a draw at the second leg or not conceding more than one goal. A Home win is very likely.

Barcelona FC may stalemate the game with a 0-0 full-time or hurt Napoli in camp Nou. Napoli needs a win or a high scoring draw with at least 2-2, 3-3 etc to avoid the extra-time. Barcelona should take Napoli out with a win

Juventus FC do not love heavy goal difference winnings, they keep all their UCL goals range from 1-3 goals in most cases. However, Lyon would try everything to stalemate the game if possible to pass, it won't be a surprise if Juventus breaks even with a win or qualify after extra-time.
