Need someone who can build a voltage multiplier circuit.

Step-up DC source from 12v to 700-1200v and keep current below 10 milliamps to avoid killing someone and putting man pikin for trouble.

The circuit should run continuously for 12 hours comfortably.

Possibly use a timer to routinely top up the capacitors instead of running constantly to conserve battery power.
