FG ban incoming flight to the country for non citizen now untill there is a vaccine for covid-19. This is the most important proactive step a government that cares for its citizen can take.

Asking travellers from infected countries to be quarantined for 14 days at entry point what about other passengers in the flight who have been exposed to these infected passenger either directly or through connecting flight. This virus easily spread in tightly enclosed area with ac ventilation such as airplane.

Will they also quarantine the full passengers in the plane? What about others who had contact with the Italian on the plane and could not yet be traced because a wrong contact address was filled?

The key to managing covid like any viral outbreak is contact management. Telcos, SSS and Immigration are all in synch. Someone who spent one year in the school and the person who spent three years in the school, other things being equal, cannot be the same in terms of knowledge and experience.

Trash. People go out and come into the camp everyday. All it requires is for just one person to contract it outside and go back to the camp.

Hello, you don't quarantine large number of people together in a limited space. Have you ever been to NYSC orientation camp? It is more choked up that boarding school hostels. The share the same restrooms, queue to eat and so on.
Also some body scratching corp members can't do without s ex for a day.

Don't be in a hurry to condemn it o. What if one of the many visitors who usually goes to those camps is a carrier d the virus? One transmission and infection could easily spread within a camp due to the closely knit way of doing living there.
