The delapidated situation shouldn't only be blamed on the govt. What about the medical director that can't feign ignorance of diversion of funds, drugs and medical materials bought by government?.

Most of those doctors have their own private clinics too, so they are not ready to work and die for the thiefing politicians in govt to continue to live large. The rot is too deep.
