What is the population of those in government houses and what's the population of schools across the state? Do you know how overwhelming the ill-equipped hospital's will be subjected to if just one student gets infected in just one school alone how much more more than one school?

In United State's, schools where the first places to be shot down followed by restaurants, gym places, parks, cinemas etc.

This is not the time to start arguing where ought to be shot down first, rather it is a time when every proactive measure's should be taken in other to contain and reduce the spread of the virus.

Children are not at lesser risk of spreading the disease but at lesser risk of death from the disease. Pls educate yourself before you play down on the government effort to fight this disease.

Thanks to Abdulrasaq Abdulrahman.... We have not even recorded a case and he is already being proactive...... It starts with our children.

That is a Governor ... Unlike the President that refused to close the air and sea border simply because of revenue ....

A proactive president with people orientation would have take proactive measures to safe one single soul.... As if we have the financial muscle to curtail an outbreak...

I was screaming close schools o close schools one mumu was quoting if I no get money to pay school fees but he lacks wisdom to comprehend, children are at risk because they are exposed to germs everyday and most schools dont have facilities that keeps these children safe from germs...if a child picks the germ, then take it to the house, distribute am to their family and from there neighbors too collect..then the spread continues...

Yeah Up until few days ago this was true, but new reports coming from cases in Italy is that there have been reported cases of young people getting infected and being critically ill so, no one is immune, besides they can easily transfer the virus to their older ones at home. So either ways shutting down of any gathering is the best route for now

Just one student can infect more than 100 students in a day and those 100 students can also infect their families.

If that's your thought, you are not thinking right. How does government coordinate effort to combat the spread if they close government houses. Lesser risk is still risk and government should not expose such a vulnerable group to such less risk. And in addition, the same sources that told you that adults are more susceptible are closing down schools the world over, so why is this an exception?
