Stay away from Thermocool, they are too complicated to work on. Panasonic make some of the best ac's, just that they suck at marketing their products like LG do. The same way they allowed LG and Samsung take over the Tv market from them. Panasonic's Plasma TV's produce better images than LG and Samsung LED's but Samsung and LG used their marketing tactics to kick Panasonic out.

Apart from that, Panasonic is way more expensive than those brands you mentioned. Pricing is one of the reason why many switched to those brands. It's just like Sony as well, very good brand but more expensive.

Any new brand introduced will work. Long term durability is what i cannot say for now on Hisense. Contact any reliable AC installation guys you know and they should be able to provide you with first class information since they sometimes are into installation of these brands and will know which is better.

For AC, Panasonic has always been my preferred choice. But due to cost implication as you've indicated, i will suggest you buy LG. As for inverter AC, the only advantage is energy saving apart from that, nothing more. LG inverter AC has improved now when compared to when it was newly introduced to the market.

Hello everyone! Recently, I came across one very strange problem - my air conditioning started blowing hot air. I was very scared, because I thought that he had broken, although I bought it recently. Having studied it, I realized what the malfunction was and soon I was able to fix the air conditioner!

The first set of LG Inverter ACs usually developed faults within a year or 2 of usage.Had a friend who got 5 of them for his house back in early and within 2 years had to repair 4 out of the 5.

.I personally had similar issues with one I purchased but thanks to the 2 years warranty,the faulty component was replaced for free by LG.. Just be sure to keep the receipt of purchase.The more recent version of the Inverter AC(dual cool) have been much more better though.

It's usually written on it. Both on carton and the unit itself. When you ask the sellers, they will tell you and their prices aren't same.

Yes, people are buying and the reason is because of price factor. It definitely would work but not so sure of long term durability. If you are not bothered about using for long term, you can go for it if the price is within your budget.

Ensure it's Copper pipes and NOT Aluminum.

Well, people will keep suggesting different brands according to their own experience. LG have a name in Nigeria and also have been known for years. Hisense isn't long here so i wouldn't know much about their appliances.

Inverter ACs have their advantages same way as the normal one. Inverter AC will work with a small Gen conveniently and you also will enjoy satisfactory operation even if normal PHCN voltage drops to even 180v it will still power it but Normal AC won't.
