I need you to explain to a scientist like me how possible it is, to catch flu in a hot weather and the rate, if any. Virus behave differently and some of them are seasonal...like the lassa fever. My earlier post was based on the recent discovery and NOT what WHO claimed earlier. Scientists still research more and new findings emerge everyday. The below are from reliable sources. Do yourself justice by reading them.. The temperature you quoted isn't valid anymore and even too high to reduce the spread of the virus. The most recent release have negated this claim. Temperature of wuhan and that of Italy, the hardest hit countries were the same as released recently by researchers. It's not enough to just jump into a social media to attack rather you think legibly and reasonably. I'm a scientist.

We do not experience a winter in Nigeria ok? Rather we have only 2 weather conditions and our wet season is equivalent to what many call winter( the season with a rising temperature) in the west. How many cases have we recorded so far, compared to that of the west? Nigerias are well travelled and a highly populated nation. Those who tested positive mainly contracted it from where they were coming g from. Have you wondered why they didnt spread it on arrival with those they had had contact with, if temperature didn't play a role in the containment?
