The Coronavirus challenge facing the country doesn't seem to be abating at the moment as a positive case has just been identified in Oyo State. This was disclosed by the Executive Governor of the state, Seyi Makinde in tweets via his profile as attached. According to some commentators, the FGN actually failed the country by delaying the restriction of international flights to the country and failure to compulsorily quarantine everyone coming into the country while others are eager to blame this on the Governor for holding a political rally in the state recently. No matter who we choose to blame, fact is the virus is here with us and we need to protect ourselves by washing our hands and doing social distancing. Also, Churches, Mosques and other gatherings have been instructed to desist from garnering crowds above 20 else a monitoring unit would be stepping-in to enforce compliance. Nigeria so far has not recorded many Coronavirus related deaths like other European countries and hopefully, the country will be out of the woods soon 18 Likes 3 Shares

Just having this reserved sentiments that this is a looting scam by Nigeria's State and Federal Government. Every Governor almost claiming the virus is in their state and by the time they release how much they spent on this cases, many will collapse. Anyways... Safety first even though their are high chances that it's a scam. 65 Likes 8 Shares |

Makinde with his entourage, that are supposed to be in a quarantine, after returning from United States on March 4, went ahead to organize senseless rally. It was not only Oyo PDP members, but all PDP members from South West Zone including Bayelsa Governor(What a way, idiots will help in spreading the disease)..Makinde should be impeached, arrested, prosecuted and jailed for this cowardly act . PDP that strangulated Nigerians for 16 years is at the vanguard of Killing Nigerians by spreading COVID-19 148 Likes 13 Shares |

Winter is coming. Italy lost 793 souls in one day and people re still downplaying this pandemic. After 2weeks, you ll know that Buhari is a confirmed terrorist for delaying total closure of our border and being daft on problem handling. Mumu govt is not even buying hospital beds, constructing new quarantine centres(maybe they re hoping on those 2 by 2 size centres), recruiting health workers and sourcing protective kits. Many re still on their incubation stage of Covid 19. My joy is that them and their families are not even safe when it hits us. Of course no running to London. Save this post for future references. God help us. 117 Likes 12 Shares |

Some good news A South Korean company has developed a simple tester that it said could detect if a person is infected with coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID 19) in just 10 minutes, according to local news site Media News1. The company, PCL, a provider of in vitro diagnostic products, said its breakthrough testing kit, named COVID-19 Ag GICA Rapid, can check nasal discharge for the presence of the virus within 10 minutes with an accuracy rate of around 85 percent. The testing can be done at home, just like a regular pregnancy test, which means it can eliminate the stigma and trauma of people who have to go to testing centers or clinics to have themselves checked if they suspect of having the virus. It also trims the risk of exposure to other people. If the testing kit is approved, it could be the breakthrough that health authorities around the world need to contain the spread of the coronavirus. https://www.asiatechdaily.com/korea-firm-covid-19-testing-kit/amp/ 23 Likes 3 Shares |

If this is true, we are in a deep shit From the image below,we already know the truth . Let's do the math, if the corona isn't Audio, some victims would have been to bodija market several times, enter micra, church/mosque, sch and move around the street, which means there is likely to be more victims to fall sick in the coming weeks, tension time for Ibadan people especially Bodija axis 3 Likes
