These people are still talking about self isolation with all the budget being deployed.
Thank God they're also exposed. So that money they're amassing let's see who will chop am.

They should already have taken over hotels and keep everyone arriving the country there madatorily for two weeks while testing them and cutting spreading lines.

They desperately want this virus to proliferate. And being very virulent, it's not likely to disappoint them

Our neighbors Benin Rep. Is quarantining anybody for 14days that comes into the country, even through land borders. That's how serious countries respond to an impending danger and pandemic. Self isolation is a deceit and a. Fast. Way to spread the Virus. Quarantine anybody that comes into the country for 14days.
Hope we heard 748 persons died in 1 day in Italy from this virus. We have to take strict measures in checkmating the COVID-19 pandemic

Don't mind them
Self isolation that the person will have contact with at least five different people everyday aside family members

Bad leaders.
They want all their family members to come back to Nigeria from abroad first before the closure of boarders. Why won't the virus come to Nigeria. Selfish and careless set of leaders, those people that returned to Nigeria with covid19 will infect you the family members first. God save us please.

Oga, you are very wrong. There are several countries who currently quarantine ALL incoming travellers. Estonia, Finland, Poland, Costa Rica all subject incoming travellers to 14 days mandatory quarantine.

Others like Sudan, Colombia, Morocco shut their borders totally.
Ecuador won't even let you land

Lagos and Abuja airports are open until Monday. Our dear government headed by none other than Buhari has deemed it fit to leave those airports up and running until Monday the 23rd.

Ban started on friday, flight came in on wednesday
Actually the ban was only announced on Friday but effective Monday for Abuja and Lagos airports. Nigeria will still be joyfully accepting possibly infected persons probably until midnight on Monday.

Guys, try as much as you can to STOP politicizing this deadly Coronavirus issue, as PDP as laid the foudation.

This is not what we want in our darling nation presently.

Use your brains and stay SAFE.

Coronavirus will not be any of your portion in life.

Be wise!

Where is the political inference here? During the Ebola crises did ElRufai and Lai Mo not tell Nigerians to hold Jonathan responsible if it got worse? Now we are and will continue to hold Buhari and APC for deliberate carelessness in allowing possibly infected persons into the country without cause and knowing that health facilities here are next to zero!

Not true.

You cannot quarantine all incoming travelers.

The best you can do is request they self-isolate and institute a fine should they be found outside.

No country would quarantine thousands of incoming visitors - none.

Yoi either close your borders or suggest self-isolation.

You only quarantine confirmed cases.
Why would a government wait till now before acting? Is it that they have not been watching news media around the world? Countries with better resources are struggling to contain the spread and they are even budgeting trillion of dollars to give as free money to citizens to alleviate their plight.
A reasonable government should have acted earlier not wait till march 23 before closing the airport.
