Die kill this government with this kind of opinion . How will you decide to use savings meant for the future of your citizen on a scam project . The government should look else where for funds rather trying to suck the pension funds . The should bring out all the looted funds they’ve kept in the various secret accounts to fund this infrastructure project . |

After looting the country dry now they want to steal people savings through pension, NLC should just face FG head on and not allow them take a dime from the pension fund, if FG want more money they should cut down cost if governance. 3 Likes |

This useless government should suspend capital projects for now and reduce the cost of governance immediately. If covid-19 actually gets serious we will be needing all the funds we can lay hands on. |

Pls don't touch our pension oo. The government should reduce the amount of money they give to the president, senator and rep members. It is enough to fund any project |

The truth is that the government is running out of money fast. The same option apart from cutting into pensions is simple. Remove subsides on petrol and power. The resulting increased investment in both sectors will pay for a lot of things and kickstart economic diversification. |

And who gets the funding...Chinese, German and other multinationals. Very little impact on the employment market, very great chance of capital flight, very certain pressure on the naira. In the rest of the world goverment is redeploying its resources towards mitigating the risks of corona, every other unnecessary expenditure is suspended. We should suspend non critical capital expenditure. Roads at this point are not critical infrastructure, hospitals and medicare facilities are. Once again Nigeria is led by special interests. Dull, slow goverment. Forget roads for now, roads may soon be closed. Build hospitals and crematoriums for now. 1 Like |
