You requested for a chiller as a sales tool from a benevolent company and took delivery after agreeing to and consequently signing the terms and conditions. You are without honour Madam and you should opt to change your moniker to 'lowered hands' as that would be more appropriate in describing your actions, words and thoughts.

I have been actively involved in the beverage business, so i understand the high capital intensity it involves; both on the drinks themselves and overhead costs. Besides, i am very sure the company has already recouped their costs of getting you that chiller

But wouldnt there have been a better to go about the "selling"? Something like you identify a fellow retailer like yourself and making a sort of recommendation for transfer of retainership of the chiller in exchange of a little unofficial payment?

Like i said earlier, you paid you dues in owning it at the time, plus the company must have made back the money they spent in procuring the fridge through the humongous profits they made from you overtime, but the contract you signed prior to delivery of the chiller to your shop is very much binding on you and you could be sued if you breach it.

Companies here collects the said fridge, when it goes bad they are replaced,if the person defaults or sells it unless it's a staff that owns it nothing will happen but in her case they will hold her, if the company can sack a staff (15yrs) who stole just just a bag of sugar, is it fridge they would let go? There is no evidence here ,so there's nothing that can be done.

I was expecting she would jejely sell her stuff without boasting or preferably let the matter go without raising dust of a past event, some people will just create unnecessary problems for themselves.

nothing can be done , the shop address is nothing without concrete evidence(something u would still deny), post pics of the chiller, if u can't there is no point arguing with you.you just wan give trouble wahala, it wasn't a threat madam, you just want to prove nothing will happen and I'm telling you they don't let such matter go only on rare occasions when the customer is an old one.
