Health Practitioners! Good day. Please it started when I was 12. I do use cassarine while I drink garri, as from 16, I began using salt and sugar(much sugar + little salt). I can't really say is because of poverty, but addiction as I see it, even as I am working, I still love drinking garri by mixing sugar + salt + milk + groundnut (or kulikuli) + cold water. I at times prefer to drink garri than eat nutritious food. It is now part of my life. I can drink garri 3 to 4 times a week.

Please is there any side effects of this concoction?
