Is there any country in which people are tested on arrival?

Don't mind him.... Most of the people here don't even know the meaning of quarantine..
Let them check their dictionary. They will be amazed

You live in Europe yet you give wrong information.

Cyprus mandates self-isolation:

As of 3.00 am Cyprus time on March 21, 2020, and for a period of 14 days, all passenger flights, to the Republic of Cyprus (Larnaca and Paphos airports) are prohibited. This has resulted in an almost complete cancelation of departure flights.

Until March 21, all travelers into the Republic of Cyprus are required to provide a valid medical certificate from an accredited medical office no more than four days old, attesting that they do not have COVID-19. In addition, only citizens and Legal Residents of the Republic of Cyprus, EU nationals and third country nationals working or studying in the Republic and diplomats, may enter the Republic of Cyprus. All incoming travelers are subject to 14-day isolation

The best thing that happened last week was Coronavirus getting into Abuja. If 3 people in Abuja were not infected, those blockheads in Abuja won't have stopped all incoming international flights.
