I am trying to respond to my ITA and have indicated in my profile that i have a sibling in Canada. These three docs are to be uploaded but they had exactly the same description.

1. Proof of PR/Citizenship of sibling
2. Proof of residency in Canada of sibling
3. Proof of sibling relationship

Did anyone have similar experience here? Did you upload the same documents in each? What documents am I to pay more attention to?

1. Upload PR card or Canadian passport front and back page to prove sibling PR or citizenship
2. Upload utility bill, mortgage or rent receipt or NOA to
prove sibling residency in Canada
3. Upload sibling birth certificate and yours also to prove sibling relationship I believe you both should have same parents or one parent on your certificates

It’s called Notice Of Assessment. Basically a receipt from tax filing. Not everybody feels comfortable giving this report out because it narrates their actual financial worth. It explains the person’s annual gross income and corresponding tax remittances.

HI, with all due respects to the opinions proffered before, this matter has been laid to rest. IRCC has it's clear definition of professional degrees. Evaluatory bodies are there to AUTHENTICATE the genuineness of ur degree without more.
My submissions are based on verifiable authorities / precedents and I advise that every applicant rely on verified precedents.

Use your letters of explanation very well.
As long as your LLB, Bachelor of Law or professional degree has been VERIFIED by the evaluatory body, rely on IRCC's definition of professional degree.
For the avoidance of doubt, even if WES or another evaluatory body gives your equivalency to the contrary, attach an LOE and proof of reference from IRCC's website or Twitter.

Here in the US, IELTS test has been suspended until further notice. I believe it's the same in other countries. WES has temporarily suspended all in-office operations. Documents that reached their office after March 10, 2020 should expect delays. With these disruptions and delays, I see the score dropping to the 460s and late 450s as you said (not so soon because some applications are already in the loop but eventually) in the next couple of weeks/months.
Those in the 460s and late 450s should get their docs ready because there is still hope for ITA.

Hope so bro

Good day all, please I have 2 years experience in two different nocs each. I don't know if I can combine these to claim 4years of experience or it has to be 3 years in a Noc To get maximum point. Please I need urgent answers. God bless

Look on bright side, at least you have a CRS score worthy of ITA. Many on here are just holding on to a string of hope.
Congratulations in advance smiley

Wednesday's skipped draw really hit me in the chest embarassed. ECA came in on the 6th (after 4 months) and I dove into the pool on the 7th. All supporting docs were already merged and waiting to be uploaded. Walahi I was so excited, I don't think I slept properly in the week leading up to the expected draw. I just went through the motions at work on Thursday and Friday (good thing we're writing exams... There's nothing worse than a dejected Maths teacher!). I just kept thinking "If COVID-19 leads to a change in EE, shey CRS of 481 go just waste niyen??"
I'm better today sha. My fellow Canadians-in-diaspora, let's stay strong and hope for the best. It will end in praise.
Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program - Connect Here Part 9 by Stencil: 10:48pm On Mar 22, 2020
This has been answered several times. You can combine NOCs to get your 3 years (max points)
One of the NOCs should be continuous for one year, the rest can be in different durations (months even).
Just make sure it is in either NOC A,B,0 and a paid job.

Pls how much is the BCS certification and how long does it take. You would definitely pass all amen.

I've applied for my passport since last year, it's not out yet tho cos they keep saying no booklets.

I applied for BCS certification and did the exam last week, guys pls say a prayer for me regarding this smiley cant afford to rewrite any of the modules.

I have all the time to prepare for my IELTS, I'll keep waiting for the passport, and BCS takes like 8 to 10 weeks to release the result cheesy
All the best to me and others on this journey!
#itwillendinpraise
The next exam is September, you can register for coaching now. The exam itself is 75k, 25k for each module. Coaching is 70-100k depending on centre
You can self study if you're capable, but I'll advise you get a tutor.

Egungun be careful, na highway you dey go grin. This counsel of yours would lead to straight rejection. Someone's application got rejected for this same thing recently. Don't always follow the advice you get from that Twitter handle. They are not the ones making the decision on PR applications.

I have alot of proof to substantiate my submission. It is not hearsay or make-believe. The pictures aren't uploading... Sizes are from 6MB and there is a cap of 4MB on pictures. Will try to screenshot but Kindly send me an email and I'll forward them to you.

You can clink on this link https://www.justforcanada.com/2-getting-your-educational-credential-assessment-eca.html to know how to interpret your WES ECA report for Bachelor of Law, the equivalency as a professional degree or any degree whatsoever and what to fill in your express entry profile.

*Remember the letter of explanation* it does not cost to use it to guide the officer.

My brother, I am honestly not arguing with you but I hope we can be objective in this discussion.
Please can you furnish us with the "someone's application" that just got rejected.
I have evidence of many people that have used even a mere letter of explanation to address this and got PPR shortly after. I can share them with you.

I am eager to learn from you but It is important that you please send across proof of "the someone" that used a letter of explanation to clarify this and still got rejected.
This is 2020,let us discuss and not argue.

The officers are not there to embellish your case which is why I encourage everyone to make good use of their letters of explanation. All that have made use of their LOE without any further proof got their PR. Kindly refer to the pictures I attached. There are more incase you need them.It is well with you Sir.

For the deed of gift, it is a legal documentary way of evidencing that a person has given you money, freely, voluntarily, for you to use as you wish and without any reversionary interest(does not expect it back).

I am a lawyer and any lawyer can draft a proper deed of gift for you.

We don't need to argue about this. The post was made here some pages back and I can't start searching for that right now. Cases like this one are at the discretion of the officer reviewing the application. So let every man do what would make him sleep well at night ✌️

Yes, people have used CIPM to claim 2 or more certificates. You are good to go

FunmilolaGold:
Hello
Please house I have a quick question.
I’ve seen some other threads with people saying CIPM evaluation with Wes gives 3 year Canadian degree equivalent.
I have a B.sc and CIPM though i just processed my transcripts to Wes for evaluation recently.
Can i apply with 2 certificates( CIPM + B.Sc) and get extra points with my CIPM certificate?

I wanted to apply as a couple with a friend but he hasn’t completed his masters. If i’ll be the Principal applicant i need to be sure i’ll get points with my CIPM.
I’ll appreciate a response on what to do. Thank you

To be safe, it is better one not only notarizes the Deed, but also affix the NBA seal of the Lawyer that 'prepared' it. That gives your deed the presumption of regularity at first glance.

not required, notarising for 1-2k in the court is ok. many have submitted only that format no issues
