For me, I think yam tubers are excellent for this purpose. I'm not a lover of the tuber but have had to review my dislike for it as a result of the Corona outbreak.

My reasons are that they consume less fuel to prepare and could last several months in the unprocessed state. One could eat them with just palm oil and be satisfied.

I've also learnt to make facemasks and tomorrow hope to prepare my first home made sanitizers following some guidelines.

There cannot be a lockdown in a country like ours because the effect will be worse than the corona virus itself, the level of fear in the land sef is way more than the effect of the corona, people be acting like the world is ending next week, your panic makes matters worse
