What is there to celebrate? Develop countries building big structures and everyone goes about their normal duties. Is it not the work for governors to provide social services for people? A whole oil rich state yet nothing spectacular to show for.

I honestly don't know?

Is it over a river, stream or intersection road?

The Niger-Delta people baffle me, despite 500 years of contact with European and massive oil wealth.

probably, he'd be moving his parent there upon completion of the bridge , or make it his new bedroom, or what do you think? what are flyovers for? is that not garrison junction that is notorious for heavy traffic coming from either ogunabali or Trans Amadi Industrial Layout?

But the flyover is too low just like Rumuola and Kaduna street junction. Was expecting something as high as the ones in Kano. Just hope heavy duty vehicles can pass under.

This is the 2nd richest state in Nigeria after Akwa Ibom, so if this man is Mr Project with the scarcity of started and commissioned projects in Rivers and this mediocre Flyover, what should we call people like Ganduje who is delivery world-class projects all over the place?

Mediocrity and sycophancy don kill Nigerian youths.
