Triggerdaclub: You can study masters in Nursing in a regional university so that you can apply for PR with Nursing. You'll always find a job in Australia. When you get the PR you can write your medical examination to practice as a doctor |

Hello everyone, I just moved to Canberra in early March, I just successfully set up my NAB account this week but I have been having issues transferring my funds from my naira account to my NAB account. I just found out I was supposed to open a dollar account before I left (which I didn't). ATM withdrawal looks like my only option, but the conversion rate will be higher and I'd be incurring more bank transfer cost. Please, what other way can I go about accessing my funds? Also, I ordered a SIM for Kogan (after I bought an ALDI SIM that didn't work in my android phone). Please, is Kogan a good choice? Thanks. |

memunati: Look for someone who needs Naira in exchange for AUD there. It is the easiest way to get your money changed. You should look into buying Lyca mobile, Lebara or Dodo, they have wider and better coverage than Kogan |

memunati: You can also contact your bank and request they change your account to an offshore account, follow all procedures and documentation they will send you ATM which you can easily use here |

bellong: Alright. Thank you Getting to exchange naira might be difficult as I've never come across any Nigerian since I moved here The only black I have crossed paths with is Ghanaian. It's like Nigerians don't live in Canberra |

ukcatlover: I contacted my bank, they said my only option is to open a dom account and I have to come to the bank in person to do so, which is not possible. |
