First, do we have proper data of Nigerians for the sharing of the funds? Secondly, the sharing process will be riddle with corruption as more than 50% of the beneficiaries may not receive the funds. Another issue is that 30m households x #10k = #300b. With the dwindling revenue resulting from the crash in oil prices (plus expected crash in customs and FIRS revenue), it will be hard to see this government cough out #300b for thst project.

Please note that I'm completely in support of it if it was implemented. I'm just saying it may not be realistic. Of course, the govt could decide to prioritize this and sacrifice other expenses, but our govt are never known to place such high premium on the welfare of citizens.

Any household without at least one member with a bank account, does not need 10,000 naira. BVN is the surest way for accountability.
