No fall hand na. The hymen only covers the vaginal opening. Urine passes through the urethra which is directly above the vaginal opening.

Yes, God definitely values virginity but to say it is the reason why the hymen still comes with a vulva is absurd. Till the end of man, hymen will remain. It has its function in the female anatomy.
