i think the Government needs to do a house to house test...the state and local govt has to function here...confirned cases are those who present themselves to be checked or those who were dectected...i can bet that a good number op people out there have this virus but are unaware of it...This musnt get out of hand NCDC needs to start from the grass root level to curb this impending danger.
