Oga stop arguing blindly. Anything shipping n Maritime is in the federal government exclusive list, U cannot decide which port to use, Only the NPA can.

If you are so sure that Rivers State is Igbo and would like to be part of your proposed Biafra, you shouldn't bother trying to find an outlet to the Atlantic Ocean via Imo River. That's because Rivers is a coastal State.

People should face facts. There is no direct access to the sea for the entire 5SE states. To get to the sea you must pass Rivers or Akwa Ibom. It's very easy to see just looking at the maps.

You are speaking out of ignorance. Look at the map below, Abia state is not landlocked. What many Nigerians dont seem to know is that Rivers and Akwai Ibom dont have landed borders. Both states are seperated by a body water that runs from Abia State into the ocean.
