This is a good policy that is necessary in these trying times. If this industry is investment unfriendly how come you have so many providers trying to get into the market. There's a monopoly because DSTV has captured a large percentage of the market due to their early entrance into the market. They are not only dominating in Nigeria but also in most countries in which they operate.

Some just want to complain about govt for no good reason.
