4. Ponte City, South Africa

Ponte City is a 172.8-meter-tall skyscraper in the Berea suburb of Johannesburg, South Africa. Built in 1975, the 55-storey tower that was designed by South African architect. Ponte City boasts a cylindrical design, with an open center allowing additional natural light into the apartments

5. UAP Tower, Kenya.

Located atUpper Hill, Nairobi, 163-meter-tall UAP Old-Mutual-Tower became the tallest building in Kenya when it opened in July 2016 after more than five years of construction.

What you have to know is that structures with less than three quarter of inhabitable space is not usually regarded as tower. So Millennium is not and will never be listed among the tallest buildings in Africa.

You don't make sense at all. It is because three quarter of it is inhabitable just like your Millennium. If three quarter of it could be inhabitable then the structure could be listed among tallest buildings even if it is a communication tower.

I have even tried to search for the tallest structures In Africa, I have seen hillbrown and the Cairo tower but nothing like millennium, seems there pillar stalled
