Btw, South Africa is still following leads. We want him back even if it's only the skull left. A few years ago they did a DNA test on a guy serving time in a Canadian prison. The guy claimed to be a South African that fled to Nigeria during the Apartheid years, so the government thought that maybe they have finally found him. Waste of time & resources, turned out he was a Nigerian talking out of his ass.
