Bought half bag last 2wks for 4000, last week for for 4500 and 5000 today... Mudu used to 120 but 180 as at today... Abuja

Jewessgratitudd:

Ah ah oga, half bag every week? Una dey use am do moimoi or garri porridge? Or do you sell? Cos I wonder how half bag lasts only a week. Hmm..

I want to know other varieties garri can be used for apart from Eba o.lol

Heheheheh... I was jus stocking up on supplies jare. We plenty for house so we normally buy half bag for use in d house. But due to d virus outbreak and lockdown I bought extra last week jus to b on d safe side. But den I realized knowing d kind of country we are in, we may b in for a long lockdown and prices will definitely start rising. Dats why I went back for anoda half today. So as it stands right now I have over 1 bag in d house

Hi

3 weeks ago, I bought for 350,
A week after 400,
This week(on Monday), I bought for 500.

Was told today, 650.

Mind you the rice I bought for 350, is still 350 for derica(foreign rice), local rice goes for 250-300. The price is still the same.

But the garri they are doing at our backyard, is getting expensive every single day.

We no like ourselves for this Nigeria, those market women are just devil, as if that little gain would take them away from poverty.

Chai! Nigerians. What is the reason for the increase? Fuel pump price has gone down. Is it Corona that is causing this?

Port Harcourt N1,500-2,000.

The average Nigerian is just greedy given the fact that most of the goods were even old stocks.

Nigerians are wicked persons by nature. Our heart is full of evil thoughts.

From Garri to rice everything has added price when in other nations with kind hearted humans are distributing free food and dishing out low prices, the reverse is the case in Nigeria.

I was at the groundnut and banana stand last week, I picked a bottle of groundnut, the seller said 600...i noticed another bottle that the nuts caught my eye. She said that once is 1200 (she said it had no salt or ingredient) and it's for diabetic patients.
I said to her madam, this bottle is supposed to be way cheaper considering it has no ingredients as you claim. So any person with an illness in Nigeria must brake the bank to stay alive.

We are wicked people...

I think priorities should be on getting a vaccine instead of contact back tracing or creating isolation centers...
If vaccine isn't available over the next two month.. Hunger will be a weapon of war..
Cause people will come out and things will get out of control
