Nenyezz: yea, there are calculations but not that serious. You can do it if you put your mind to it. Remember CRS score won't boost itself. You have to do what you have to do..... 6 Likes |

I'm afraid we don't encourage this here. You either know someone in these provinces or you don't. Don't let anybody deceive you that they know someone and you'll have to pay for their 'help'. Don't lose your hard-earned money to scammers. We wish you all the best. Kolizomanizo: 11 Likes |

You can do it in any order you want. People do their evaluation first because it takes time. They use that time to prepare for IELTS. However you want to do it is up to you. ochampions: 2 Likes |
Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program - Connect Here Part 9 by ABSTRUSE: 6:53am On Mar 29, 2020 |
ochampions: Start your evaluation first, please. That way, you have ample time to prepare for IELTS. If your certificate is from a Nigerian university esp. the state and Federal, your evaluation would take about 3 months. Use two months to prepare for IELTS and sit!. Hopefully, you max it on your first attempt. 1 Like |

My medicals date is also April 16th. I received the e-mail below from them saying they are only accepting IME forms for medicals. Due to the nature of my job, I’m still required to go to work everyday (God help us). The 16th will be no different, I’ll just strap up and visit the hospital on that day. Hi good morning to you all. I have a question bordering me and I would appreciate a speedy response. My little sister got ITA, has started filling her application and only medicals left but to this #stay at home probability of getting it done on the 16th of April is slim. Can she pay RPRF, Biometric & Application fee so she can submit? Or can someone help with Qlife for change of date as their number isn't going through and no response so far to the email sent. Thanks in anticipation of your kind response. [/quote] 1 Like

@Nafeesah1234, You can attach the screen shot in your post above in the place holder meant for the medical and further explain in your letter of explanation why you couldn't provide upfront medical. Then pay the necessary fees and submit your application. With this, you should be fine. Good luck. |

If you have your IELTS, you can enter the pool immediately because of the tie-breaking rule. However, we don't know when the next draw will be or how often they will do it. You should do medicals only after you've been given an ITA or if you think you may get ITA soon. dkdmy: 1 Like |

Guccigucci: You can make changes post ITA. It only becomes a problem if the changes made would have made you unqualified for an ITA or reduced your CRS below the invitation minimum score. To put it in another way, for the R10 check, no change should be significant enough to the extent that you would not have received at ITA or be considered for misrepresentation. Keep safe! |

[Thanks very much. But is there any need to raise it in a LOE while submitting the application? Cheers quote author=Fabguen post=87882475] You can make changes post ITA. Had issues with it and I just rectified it now ,going to pickup after this corona issue.... So am really confused on how to go about choosing the right NOC that can suit my line..... Felzy309:Sure. You stand a great chance once you ace IELTS. Use the link below to simulate your score. Use 8 in the listening test and 7 in other components. If you get higher than this in your IELTS test the better for you. For educational qualification, use two or more certificates. But reading page 1 of this thread will provide you with the information you need instead of asking basic questions that has been answered there. Overall, the encouragement you need is with you. Your aspirations and current circumstances should be the drive in seeing this through. In addition, reading the stories of guys who have travelled this road successfully could give some positive vibe. Cheers. https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&url=https://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/crs-tool.asp&ved=2ahUKEwj548mJvb_oAhWSQEEAHYGcD7EQFjAAegQIBBAB&usg=AOvVaw1PWidXvFWbs3qhVD4qrFf7 5 Likes 1 Share |

Guccigucci: while it is relatively unnecessary, I recommend you add it to your LOE (if were already planning to explain other things) to save you additional heartache during the customary worry phase post AOR. |
