This is quite interesting. The symptoms you had are clearly symptoms of COVID-19. However, you made mention of not having the opportunity to get tested as you got no response from the NCDC toll free number.

The problem I have with some medical personnel especially from Africa is the fact they rely so much on foreign endorsement of any drug. They relegate their discoveries hence see it as inferior.
